You deserve answers about your pain.
Many clients come to Santa Monica Sports Massage after trying massage, stretching, or physical therapy that only gets them partway better. They feel frustrated, doubtful, and often unheard as their pain keeps returning or never fully resolves. We identify the true source of the issue so relief can last and your movement feels natural again. Our goal is to help you understand what your body is doing and why it hurts.
