Treatment at SMSM

At SMSM, we are dedicated to helping people be the best they can be in their every day activities.

What We Do

We are a trio of clinically trained sports massage therapists who utilize many different manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point therapy, as well as IASTM (instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization), and cupping. If you’re unfamiliar with many of these terms, just think of these massages as the ones that finally and actually help.

While each of the therapists here offers a different style and approach to their sessions, we all achieve effective and lasting results.

Manual Therapy sessions (50-minutes of hands-on work) can be scheduled online. Please contact us directly to schedule an Extended Session (80-minutes).
