Cancellation Policy
A 24-Hour Policy applies to all appointments:
Changes made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to full payment of the session. Changes include rescheduling or cancelling within 24-hours of an appointment, or missing an appointment completely for any reason.
COVID-19 Policy
Masks are no longer required in the waiting room or treatment room. However, if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms, fever, or any symptoms of illness, please call to reschedule your appointment. Anyone arriving symptomatic will be not be treated.
Scheduling Policy
Please do not schedule an appointment for any one except yourself, even a spouse or significant other, and especially without their knowledge or consent to scheduling. Youth under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present.
